Return & Refund Policy

At Apex Iron, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging when applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

To start a return, please email jduarte2026@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at jduarte2026@yahoo.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please email jduarte2026@yahoo.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
